Your diploma is the formal proof of your achievement. Congratulations with this important milestone! Depending on your graduation date, there are several options to collect your diploma.

| The formal graduation date determines your options. This is the last day of the month in which you handed in the last work and in which all requirements regarding results, registration and payment are met. This can be retroactively. Graduation procedure >

| If your formal graduation date is between 31 October 2023 and 30 June 2024: | Once we have emailed you that the diploma folder is ready, you can also: |
| If your formal graduation date is 31 July 2024 or 31 August 2024: | You are welcome at the November 2024 graduation ceremony. |
| If your formal graduation date is 30 September 2024: | You are welcome at the November 2024 graduation ceremony. Saturday, November 23, 2024* * Your diploma will not be ready in time for the ceremony, due to the diploma ordering and printing process. At the ceremony, you get an empty diploma folder. Once we have mailed you that the diploma folder is ready, probably after the graduation ceremony, you can: • Collect the diploma at the FPN Service Desk >> • Receive your diploma by post >> • Receive your diploma at next graduation ceremony, in the fall of 2025.
