When will I know the final exam schedule?
When the timetable is published, we also publish the final exam schedule. This is when you will see it in your timetable. Please note that changes to the exam schedule may still occur even after it has been published. We will, of course, strive to keep such changes to a minimum. Please be aware that you must remain available for exams throughout the exam week, as this period is considered part of compulsory education.
Are all exams included in the exam schedule?
No, not all assessments are listed in the exam schedule. If your course appears on the exam schedule, it indicates that there is a written exam, which has been arranged by the Education Office. However, other forms of assessment may also be used. This information is often available on the course page in Canvas.
Exams may be held in the evening up until 20:00
The official policy permits written exams to be held at any time during the exam week, including the last time slot that concludes at 20:00. This is particularly relevant during exam weeks that are shorter due to public holidays, where evening exams might be necessary. We will make every effort to minimise the use of these evening slots whenever possible.
